General Provisions & Eligibility
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the vsbdt platform ("Platform", "Site") and its users ("you", "member"). By browsing the vsbdt website, creating an account, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the vsbdt platform.
1.1 Applicability of Terms
These Terms apply to all gaming, betting, bonus, and promotional services on vsbdt. Separate terms may apply to specific promotions or games, and those will operate alongside these general Terms.
1.2 Language & Dispute Resolution
The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the authoritative version. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali text shall be final.
Account Registration & Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account and enjoy gaming services on vsbdt, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide true and accurate personal information.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- You must operate the account in your own name; operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
The information you provide at registration must be completely accurate and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, vsbdt reserves the right to suspend or close the account and forfeit any winnings obtained improperly.
2.3 Identity Verification
vsbdt may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID, proof of address, and verification of the payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access. Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it is strictly prohibited.
Age Limit & Responsible Gaming
All gaming and betting services on vsbdt are for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.
3.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment
vsbdt believes gaming is an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We encourage our members to play in a healthy and controlled manner. Set your own limits and stay within them.
3.2 Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
vsbdt supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Funds sent via any other method will not be accepted.
4.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the method and account level.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Standard processing time for withdrawal requests: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on vsbdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.5 Transaction Responsibility
vsbdt is not responsible for any loss caused by providing an incorrect account number or information. Once a transaction is completed, it may not be possible to reverse it.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings earned from the bonus.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses may only be usable in designated games or betting sections.
- It is generally not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
- If evidence of rule-breaking to earn a bonus is found, vsbdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit related winnings.
- Each promotion has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
5.4 Right to Modify Promotions
vsbdt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or offer without prior notice. Active bonuses will remain valid until their applicable expiry date.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Policy
vsbdt is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on our platform are powered by SSL encryption and trusted software providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming).
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated software, bots, or algorithms to operate games or betting.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
- Any form of fraud, hacking of the system, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
- Colluding secretly with other members to influence game outcomes.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
In sports betting, all odds and markets are provided for informational purposes. If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. vsbdt reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
6.4 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, network disconnection, or other technical issue, vsbdt will make a decision through investigation. In such cases, the game log and server data will be considered the final reference.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Grounds for Suspension
vsbdt may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Refusal to complete identity verification.
- Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
- A voluntary self-exclusion request by the member.
7.2 Funds After Closure
If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, earned bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited. However, legitimate deposited funds will generally be returned, unless they are connected to illegal activity. vsbdt will make a decision in each case based on investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vsbdt platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and other elements — is intellectual property owned by vsbdt or the relevant licensor.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Guarantee
The vsbdt platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues.
9.2 Limitation of Damages
vsbdt accepts limited liability for any loss caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or third-party software failure. vsbdt is not responsible for financial losses in gaming — gaming is a risk-based entertainment activity and the user knowingly accepts that risk.
9.3 Third-Party Links
If our platform contains any third-party content or links, vsbdt is not responsible for the content or reliability of those third parties.

10.1 Use of Information
The information you provide is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and fulfilling legal obligations. Sharing information with third parties is strictly limited and done in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

General complaints are resolved quickly through the support team. If an investigation is needed for complex matters, it may take more time. We treat every complaint with equal importance and strive for a fair resolution.
11.3 Final Decision
On matters relating to game outcomes, technical disputes, or bonuses, the decision of vsbdt authority will be considered final. However, we always try to make decisions fairly by taking the member's perspective into account.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
vsbdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to post a notice on the platform.
